Essential Property is a Ugandan property firm that manages, sells, surveys and values property under one roof, with one set of records behind every promise.
We started in property management because landlords told us the same thing: they could not see where the rent went. So we built a business where every shilling is receipted, every job is logged and every owner can look at their own numbers whenever they like.
That discipline now runs through everything we do. A plot is not listed until its title is verified. A house is not marketed until the mandate is signed. A valuation is not delivered until a registered valuer has signed it.
Our agents are licensed, our surveyors and valuers are registered, and our offices are open six days a week.
