What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and message, plus the listing you asked about and the page you were on. We do not collect anything from you just for browsing, beyond standard server logs.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings or valuations, and keep a record of our contact with you. Your enquiry becomes a lead in our system, visible to the agent handling it and their manager.

Who sees it

Our staff and licensed agents. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Saved properties

Properties you save are stored only in your own browser. They are never sent to us.

Your rights

You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by contacting the office.
